01Scope
This policy covers personal information collected by FrontPayUSA, LLC through frontpayusa.com and related emails. It does not cover lenders in our network, who have their own policies provided with each offer, or the unrelated companies that share the FrontPay name.

03How we use it
- To present your request to lenders licensed in your state and return their offers to you
- To verify identity and prevent fraud
- To answer support requests and publish reviews you submit
- To operate, secure and improve the site
- To send emails about a request you started; marketing email only with your consent, with an unsubscribe link in every message
04Who we share it with
- Lenders in our network licensed in your state, so they can make you an offer. Each lender becomes an independent controller of what it receives.
- Service providers that run the site on our behalf: hosting, bank-data connection, identity verification, email delivery, analytics. They may use it only to provide the service.
- Legal: regulators, courts or law enforcement when required, and to protect rights and safety.
- A successor in a merger or sale, under this policy.
We do not sell applications to lead brokers or data aggregators. Sharing with lenders so they can make you an offer may be a "sale" or "share" under some state laws; you can opt out of sharing beyond what is needed to fulfil a request you make.
05Bank connection
When you link a checking account, the connection is made by a third-party bank-data provider. You enter your credentials on the provider's screen; FrontPay USA never receives or stores them. The provider returns read-only account and transaction data, which is shared with lenders considering your request.
06Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to run the site and analytics cookies to understand how it is used. Analytics data is aggregated. You can block cookies in your browser; the site works without them except for keeping you signed in.
07Retention
Request data not tied to a funded loan is deleted after 12 months. Data tied to a funded loan is kept for the period required by law, typically 5 years after the loan closes. Support and review correspondence is kept for 3 years. You can request earlier deletion as described below; legally required records are kept.
08Your rights
Depending on your state, you may have the right to know what we hold, correct it, delete it, obtain a copy, restrict or opt out of certain uses, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise any of them, email [email protected] from the address you applied with, or use the form at /do-not-sell/. We respond within the time your state law allows, usually 45 days, and may need to verify your identity first. An authorized agent may act for you with written permission.
California notice at collection
We collect these categories of personal information when you use the site or submit a request: identifiers (name, email, phone, postal address, date of birth, Social Security number); financial information (bank account and routing numbers, income and its source, requested amount); employment information; commercial information (your request and any offer you accept); internet activity (pages visited, device and browser data); and inferences used to match you with lenders. We use them to present your request to lenders, operate and secure the site, meet legal obligations and, with your consent, send marketing. Retention periods are in the section above. We do not sell personal information for money. Presenting your request to lenders and using advertising cookies may be "sharing" or a "sale" under California law; opt out at any time at Do not sell or share my personal information. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than providing the service you asked for. You will not be treated differently for exercising any right. Under the California "Shine the Light" law you may request, once a year, a list of third parties to which we disclosed personal information for their direct marketing; write to [email protected].
Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana and other states with comprehensive privacy laws
Residents of these states may confirm whether we process their personal data, access it, correct inaccuracies, delete it, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and profiling in furtherance of decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Submit a request to [email protected] or through the opt-out page; we respond within 45 days and may extend once by 45 days with notice. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the word "appeal" in the subject line; we answer appeals within 45 days (60 in Virginia) and tell you how to contact your state attorney general if you disagree with the outcome. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of sale and targeted advertising.
09Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to staff who need it, and lenders and providers are contractually bound to protect it. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you we will notify you as the law requires.
10Children
The site is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we delete it.
