Is there a FrontPay app?
No app. Not ours,
and not the one you found.
FrontPay USA works in the browser on any phone, start to funded. The "FrontPay" app in the App Store belongs to an unrelated company overseas and has nothing to do with loans. If you installed it looking for money, this page tells you what it is and what to do.
The two things called FrontPay
on your phone.
- What it is
- Peer-to-peer payments for users in another country
- Loans
- None. No cash advance either
- U.S. users
- Reviews report U.S. numbers aren't accepted
- Relation to us
- None whatsoever
- Relation to joinfrontpay
- None; their site warns about it too
If you downloaded this expecting a loan, delete it. Steps below.
- What it is
- Loans $200–$5,000 from state-licensed lenders
- On a phone
- Request, soft check, offers, e-sign: all in the browser
- Cost
- $0 to apply, no membership
- Permissions
- None. No contacts, location or notifications
- Updates
- Automatic; it's a website
Add it to your home screen if you want an icon: how, in 20 seconds.
Installed it already? Three minutes of cleanup.
Probably harmless, but you may have handed a stranger your bank connection. Do these in order.
Unlink your bank inside the app
Open the app's settings or wallet section and remove any linked account or card before deleting; deleting alone doesn't always revoke access.
Delete it, then check your bank
Look at pending authorizations and recent transfers. Anything you don't recognize: call the fraud number on the back of your card today, not tomorrow.
Change reused passwords
If you signed up with a password you use elsewhere, change it there, starting with your email and your bank. Turn on two-factor if it's offered.
Want an icon anyway?
Twenty seconds.
Adding the site to your home screen gives you an app-style icon that opens frontpayusa.com full-screen, with none of the store, the permissions or the updates.
We only ever contact you by email about a request you started. A text with an app download link is not from us. Scam alerts
