01What this opt-out does
Under state privacy laws you can tell a business not to "sell" or "share" your personal information. When you submit this request, FrontPay USA will stop disclosing your information to third parties for marketing, advertising or analytics beyond what is strictly necessary to run the site, and will honour it for at least 12 months before asking again.
02What continues
- Sharing your request with lenders in our network so they can make you the offer you asked for; this stops when you withdraw the request
- Service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, email, fraud prevention), who may not use the data for themselves
- Records we must keep by law, for example about a funded loan
03Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as an opt-out request for that browser. Submit the form as well if you want the opt-out tied to your email address across devices.

05Authorized agents and verification
An agent may submit this request for you with your written permission. For deletion requests we may ask you to confirm from the email address on file so that someone else can't delete your information. We never ask for your SSN, bank login or card number to process a privacy request.
