Our side of it
Cheaper options come first.
If a fee-free app, a credit-union PAL or a hospital payment plan fits your bill, our pages say so before you get here. The loan is for what those don't cover, and the offer shows its full cost before you accept. Walking away is free and unreported.

Five things people ask at this point. More in the full FAQ.
Will applying affect my credit score?
Seeing offers is a soft inquiry, which never affects your score and is visible only to you. If you accept an offer, the lender may run a hard inquiry at that point, and they say so before you accept. Declining costs nothing and isn't reported.
How long does it take?
About three minutes for the form, under a minute for offers. If you accept, a quick verification (sometimes a call or a pay-stub photo for larger amounts), then funding next business day, or the same day if you accept before the lender's cutoff. The live cutoff board
What do I need?
A checking account you can link (read-only, through Plaid), a phone number and email, your income and how it arrives, and a government ID number. No documents up front; some lenders ask for a pay stub before funding larger amounts. Full list
Who is lending the money?
A licensed lender from our network, named on the offer with its license and contact details. FrontPay USA is a loan-connection service, not a lender: we don't make credit decisions and we don't set your rate. How we work and how we're paid
What if I don't get an offer?
It happens, usually because income can't be seen in the account yet or a state cap applies. Nothing is reported, nothing is charged. The usual fixes are two pay cycles of deposits into the linked account or a smaller amount; the bad credit page walks through what lenders look for.
